You can make a reservation whether you are registered as a member or not.

【If you forget your member ID】: It will be the email address you registered with.
【If you forget your password】: You can set a new password via the ‘Forgot Password’ link.

Proxy registration is possible.
However, please ensure that the reservation information is entered correctly.

All reservations are made within Japan, so please be sure to make your reservations in Japan time.

Depending on the plan, there are instant reservation plans and request reservations.
For each plan, those with the label 'This experience is reserved by request' above the 'Reserve' button are considered request reservations.
When making a reservation, please check ‘Agree and proceed to reservation’ and enter the required information.

If the operator decides to cancel the event due to bad weather, no cancellation fee will be charged.
The full tour fee will be refunded. Refund procedures will be carried out sequentially, and you will be notified by email once completed.
Please note that if you decide not to participate due to bad weather on your own judgment, the standard cancellation fee will apply.

Even if the cancellation is due to external factors such as flight cancellations or transportation delays, cancellation fees will apply according to the cancellation policy.
You can check the cancellation policy on the page of the plan you reserved or on the cancellation application screen.
If you are unfortunately unable to participate, please proceed with the cancellation yourself from your customer page.

After making a reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the specified email address registered at the time of booking.
Please be sure to check the reservation details and keep them safe until the day of use.
If you are registered as a member, you can also check the details by logging in from the menu screen on the sales page and selecting ‘Display Ticket’.

【If you are not registered as a member】
To confirm your reservation details, please contact us as follows.

Please contact the service provider with whom you made the reservation.

You will be required to pay by credit card at the time of booking.
Other payment methods, such as on-site payment, are not available.
Please note that only credit cards issued by the following companies are accepted.

No additional fees will be charged at the time of booking.
However, some banks may charge an international transaction fee for the card used for payment.

Since payment is made per reservation, separate payments are not possible.
If you wish to make separate payments, please make individual reservations for each participant and contact the service provider directly with each reservation number.

For request reservations, no payment is made at the time of application.
Payment is only processed once the reservation is confirmed.
Therefore, if you receive a response indicating that the reservation cannot be accepted (request NG), no payment will be processed.

Please first check whether the reserved plan is an ‘Activity’ or an ‘E-Ticket’.
You can confirm this near the title of the reserved plan.

【For Activities】
You can display the ticket from the reservation confirmation email and cancel it using the ‘Cancel Ticket’ button.

【For E-Tickets】
Cancellation is not possible.

Date and Time Changes: Changes are not possible.Please cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.

Adding People: Please either make a new reservation for the additional people or cancel your existing reservation and make a new one with the correct number of people.

【For E-tickets:】
Changes are not possible.
