Experience hunting and fishing locally, such as trimaran kayaking and SUP fishing; experience cooking deliciously with recipes developed by Setouchi Gourmet Club members (*currently over 100 people); experience of cooking deliciously during the season with recipes developed by Setouchi Gourmet Club members; and food education experiences where you learn the process of changing seafood into ingredients.
Participants receive lectures on techniques such as fish species and fishing methods that can be caught in the Seto Inland Sea during the participation period, and then actually experience hunting and fishing from the same guide, and then receive lectures from the same guide on how to handle caught seafood and original recipes developed together with chefs, and experience the fun of fishing to obtain food, and the fun of cooking and eating deliciously.

※The basic cuisine of the experience tour is a simple menu (ramen, carpaccio, etc.) tailored to the season by 1 guide.
What is not included in the experience
The basic rate is for up to 4 people. If 5 or more people would like to participate, please contact us.
If you would like a special experience, such as cooking on a business trip with a sushi chef, an additional fee will be charged, so please inquire in advance.
Precautions
・If you are unwell, do not overdo it and refrain from using it.
・Those who are drunk or taking dangerous drugs after drinking alcohol cannot use it.
・You cannot use it if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or other dangerous chronic illness.
・Do not use if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher.
・If you are unable to catch seafood within the experience time, you will be asked to use the seafood arranged by the operator.
・If more than 4 people participate, the rest of the participants will spend time at the Setouchi Gourmet Club or the surrounding area during the morning fishing trip.
・Experience content may be canceled, interrupted, postponed, or partially changed depending on the weather and conditions.
・If the event is expected to be canceled due to obvious poor condition, we will contact you by the day before.
・You may not be able to experience it in a hurry due to equipment failure, etc.

Information
You will learn how to handle seafood caught by yourself in the Seto Inland Sea, and experience cooking and eating with local chefs.
10:00: Meet at the Setouchi Gourmet Club in Momoshima, Onomichi City and explain the flow of the experience
11:30: Move to a fishing spot on Momoshima Island according to the season and fish species, and go fishing
12:30: End of fishing experience, take a shower and change clothes in the changing room
13:00: Experience the cooking process from basic handling to ingredients according to the fish species you've caught
13:30: The cooking menu will include ramen made with seafood, carpaccio, etc.
14:00: Food experience with all participants
16:00: Dissolution
