This is an overnight stay plan at Uribo, a guest house run by Kinoshita, a hunter and a pro at farming, forestry, and fishing. Visitors can experience mountain village life and nature's bounty throughout the four seasons. The meals, centering on gibier cuisine and incorporating the bounty of the mountains and fields, are full of flavor. Vegetables are harvested from the sloping fields spreading out in the village, and the wild game is caught and carefully processed by the owner, Mr. Kinoshita. At dinner, you can enjoy a full course of gibier, including a hot pot and hamburger steak.
On the second day, you will have a chance to experience life in the countryside, such as farming seasonal crops like radishes, tomatoes, or chestnuts, hunting, and soba noodle making.
