【Matsukiya】Founded in 1883 during the Meiji era in Ginza, Tokyo, Matsukiya was a popular original sukiyaki restaurant, synonymous with 'Ginza's Matsukiya' at the time. Our ancestor, Mr. Nishi Shozo, was responsible for supplying Omi beef to Matsukiya, forging a deep bond. Later, Matsukiya established its main store in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture, at the end of the Taisho era.
