The “Sakai Toji” knife, which is owned by many famous chefs around the world, is a masterpiece that symbolizes Sakai, which has cultivated tradition.

Why don't you make your own knife by Sakai Katashi that you can't let go of once you use it, and you can use it for a long time.

In each of the 3 courses of experience, you will finish the work while receiving guidance from the craftsman on the knife making process and putting your name on the commemorative aluminum plate. Please take home the completed Sakai Katashi knife as a souvenir or for the home as a gift, and take home the completed Sakai Katashi knife as a souvenir.

The “Sakai Toji Cutlery Historical Museum” with Izumi Ryuki, which was founded 2 years ago, has a full exhibition of information on the history of cutlery, cutlery making tools, and various types of knives that vary according to their uses.

At the Sakai Toji Museum, take a close look at images and actual tools until Sakai cutlery was made.

Afterwards, while receiving guidance from a craftsman, I experienced patterning and warping of Sakai Japanese knives (Santoku knives or right-handed thin-blade knife*not selectable due to stock status).

The craftsman put the name of your choice on the knife that you experienced patterning and distortion yourself, and finished it, and the only one in the world was completed.

[Souvenirs]

Please take home the completed Sakai Toji Japanese Knife (Santoku Knife or right-handed thin-blade knife) as a souvenir as a souvenir.

Please take home the Sakai Sword Japanese Knife (Santoku Knife or Thin Right Handed Blade Knife*cannot be selected because it depends on stock status) and the aluminum key chain with your name insertion experience, which was completed right in front of you as a souvenir.

Take a close look at the craftsmanship of sharpening with a rotating whetstone, and experience sharpening with a sharpener that actually uses a whetstone with the Sakai Katashi Petty Knife. Let's learn the “sharpening” technique that will make your knives useful for a long time.
