Japanese Cooking Course ~Make Typical Japanese Cuisine~

Discover the essence of Japanese cooking as you learn to prepare traditional dishes, master fundamental techniques, and enjoy them using carefully selected ingredients, seasonings, utensils, and tools. This course includes a special sake tasting session and a lecture on Japanese dining etiquette.

You can choose from three classes:

■ Sushi Class

Hors-d'oeuvre (appetizer), soup, nigiri-zushi or chirashi-zushi, dessert, and Japanese tea.

■ Tempura Class

Assorted tempura with rice, miso soup, dessert, and Japanese tea.

■ Japanese Style Simmered and Cooked Class

Cooked seasonal vegetables, shrimp, and octopus with rice, steamed egg custard, soup, and Japanese tea.
