[What is a star swing]

The place of Katano is the legendary village of Tanabata, and this suspension bridge was nicknamed “Star Swing” because it means the symbol of the village where the stars fall. The Star Swing is a wooden suspension bridge with an elevation of 180 meters, a total length of 280 meters, and a maximum ground clearance of 50 meters, and is one of the largest humane suspension bridges in Japan. From the suspension bridge, you can see the forest of Hoshida Park below, and you can see the beautiful scenery every season. Enjoy a walk in the air while enjoying the thrill.
