[Day 2] On Day 2, we will spend the whole day helping the tea farmers at our accommodation and spending time together!
Breakfast (at each farm household)
Farmers, who do various tasks every day depending on the season, teach us about the day's work and give us a hands-on experience of helping them.
You will also enjoy the experience of cooking Japanese home-style meals with the farmers for all three meals.
※The details of the work vary depending on the season, the farmer's work schedule, the growth status of tea leaves, weather, etc.
[Expected work examples]
Tea season (picking season: late April to early May, June, late September to early October): Helping with tea harvesting work (carrying tea bags, cleaning tea factories, etc.)
Spring to fall (other than picking season):Assistance with tea garden management work (weeding, garbage collection, farm equipment maintenance, etc.)
Fall to winter (around November to February): Assistance with tea herb work (bundling tea herbs, carrying tea herbs, laying tea grass, etc.)
